CAPABILITY STATEMENT

DEN-AD Design Architecture is the creative architectural partnership of Denise McLafferty and Adrienne Manns, providing services including Architecture, Interior Design, drafting and colour consultation.
Both Denise and Adrienne have a passion for Architecture and building design and have experience in the industry of 20+ years each. We love what we do and appreciate the collaborative process, taking delight in our client’s reactions to the finished project and new spaces they get to enjoy.
The main focus and philosophy of DEN-AD Design Architecture is to ‘Add to ones Den’ with alterations and additions to many residential, commercial, hospitality and leisure buildings in the region. Besides improvements to existing residential and commercial buildings, we also provide new builds and over the years have worked on a variety of differing project types, sectors and scales.

DESIGNER
DENISE MCLAFFERTY
Denise has worked in prominent architectural practices as well as commercial and industrial building firms in Australia since 2000. Denise brings with her experience on a varied range and scale of project types including residential, commercial, industrial, retail, hospitality, health, interior design and civil projects.

Denise has been involved in many various stages of the construction process from concept design through to Project Management. Denise has worked on projects around Newcastle, The Hunter Valley, Sydney and QLD.

ARCHITECT
ADRIENNE MANNS
Adrienne has worked in several prominent architectural practices both in Australia and in the UK since 2000. Adrienne brings with her experience on a varied range and scale of project types including residential, leisure, interior design, health care, aged care, commercial, education, master planning, community and airport design projects.
Adrienne has a proven track record of working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and sub-consultants on varying project types and sectors. She has been involved in all stages of project development from concept design through to contract administration. Adrienne has been the team leader and Project Architect on many large (and smaller scale) projects in NSW, VIC, ACT and in the UK.
